  1. It looks like to me, like a touture divise to get kids to eat thier meatloaf...... It also looks like is very melow and there are lots of breaks. When a traditional school its a push to the end to get the year over and learn your stuff.

  3. A modified school year is mainly like this. The first day of school is usually starts in the first week of august. Then regular classes for 9 weeks. Then a two week break or intersession in October. Then nine more weeks of regular school. Then winter break and a week of intersession in January. Finally only nine more weeks of school, a two week intersession and spring break. Then school ends in June but summer break only last for about five to six weeks.

  4. The modified schedule starts on the first week of august. They go for nine weeks then have a two week break where they can attend intersession classes. Then they go back to school for nine weeks then have winter break followed by a week of intersession in January. They then have nine more weeks of school followed by two weeks of intersession which is right before spring break. The school year ends in June then has a five or six week summer break.

  5. The typical school year is a school like this starts in the first week of August, after nine weeks of school they have a two-week break or intersession during which the can go on vacation or attend fun classes. After the intersession, there is nine more weeks of school the winter break which is then followed by a week of intersession. Another nine weeks of school then a two-week intersession. The school year ends in June but there are only five or six weeks of break instead of the usual 10.

  6. If a child attends a year-round school they would be starting off school in the first week of August. For the next nine weeks they would be at regular educational classes. When October comes around they would jump into break with either an intersession or a two week long vacation. Then they would attend nine more weeks of regular school before winter break and then another intersession, in January, after that. Then, here comes nine more weeks of school and homework before yet another intersession that bumps up against spring break. This school year ends in June just as most schools do, but with a five weeks summer, instead of the ten we are used to. This way children of lower income families don't "lose" their knowledge after a long summer at home.

  7. the year round school schedule is 270 day of school a year, you have 9 week periods of school then a 2 week intersession and that gets repeated all year. In normal school you only have 180 school days smaller breaks, but you have a 2 and a half summer break.

  8. the kids at that school start on the first week of august and they go to regular classes for nine weeks and then winter beak and intersession in January and then nine more weeks of school and a two week intersession and their school ends in june and summer is for like 5-6 weeks but here we have more school and less breaks so wouldn't that mean we are learning more?

  9. Well it starts in the first week of August and go to school for nine weeks, then they have a two week break or the can have intersession. October choose to take a fun class or go on vacation. Nine more weeks of school. Then winter break. They have a week of intersession in January then nine more weeks of school. Two week intersession which bumps into spring break and they end in June, when regular schools get out then they have five to six weeks of school and then they are back in school.

  13. The modified year round school looks like there is that the kids go to school for 9 weeks then the have a two week break or intersession in October. Then they have another 9 weeks of school then they have a long winter break vacation or intersession in January. Then 9 more weeks of school and then there is 2 weeks of spring break and or intersection. Then school ends in June, and there is only 5-6weeks of summer. The traditional schedule has 2 weeks at winter break one week in February and one week in spring break and there is no intersession. Both schedule's end in June bur in the traditional there is 10 weeks of summer.
